Who we are
RoadRunner Roofing is a family-owned roofing company headquartered in Boerne, TX. The underlying LLC has been in the Texas trades since 2022, and we launched the RoadRunner Roofing brand in October 2025 to put a name, a logo, and a reputation behind the work.
I'm originally from Amarillo. That's why our service area stretches well beyond the Hill Country — we work the corridor from Boerne and San Antonio up through Austin, and we'll drive to Lubbock and Amarillo for the right job. If you've got family in the Panhandle and need a roof done right, we know that part of the state too.
What we believe
The roofing industry has the highest concentration of bad actors of any home service in Texas. Storm chasers from out of state, "lifetime warranties" from companies that won't exist in three years, fly-by-night LLCs that take insurance proceeds and disappear. We started RoadRunner specifically because that's not what local homeowners deserve.
If we recommended it, we'd recommend the same thing for our own house. If you don't need a new roof, we'll tell you that — for free.
How we work
- Free inspections, no commitment. We climb the roof, document with photos, and send you a written report. Whether or not you hire us.
- Itemized written quotes. Every line — materials, labor, decking allowance, ventilation, warranty — spelled out. No surprises during the job.
- Manufacturer-certified installs. We're certified with Atlas, IKO, and CertainTeed. That unlocks system warranties uncertified roofers can't offer.
- BBB A+ accredited. Real address, real reviews, real responsiveness to any complaint.
- Honest about subcontracting. Like most reputable roofers in Texas, we work with vetted crews we trust. We don't pretend otherwise — and we stand behind every job regardless of which crew swung the hammer.
What we don't do
- We don't waive deductibles. It's illegal in Texas under HB 2102, and any roofer who offers to is committing insurance fraud.
- We don't pressure same-day decisions. If a quote is good today, it's good next week.
- We don't hide the cost. Repair, replacement, new construction — you'll get a written quote before any commitment.
About deposits and insurance work
If your job is being paid through insurance proceeds (hail/storm claim), there's typically no up-front deposit — we get paid out of the claim funds the same way every legitimate roofer does. For retail jobs not going through insurance (new construction, out-of-pocket replacement, repair), we may require a deposit to lock in materials and scheduling. Whatever the arrangement, it's spelled out in writing before any money changes hands.
What we cover
Our primary service area is Kendall, Comal, Bexar, and Travis counties — Boerne, San Antonio, Austin, and everything in between. We also service the Texas Panhandle, particularly Lubbock and Amarillo. If you're outside any of those areas, call us. Most days we can still help, or refer you to someone we'd trust.
Whether you need a leak diagnosed, a roof replaced, a new build coordinated, a hail claim handled, or just an honest opinion before making a decision, reach out. We answer the phone.
