TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)

The most-installed commercial flat-roof material in Texas. White reflective surface, heat-welded seams, 60-mil and 80-mil thicknesses available. Excellent reflectivity reduces summer cooling load. We install Carlisle Sure-Weld TPO and Versico VersiWeld TPO with up to 30-year manufacturer warranties.

Modified Bitumen / Built-Up

The traditional commercial flat-roof system — multiple plies of asphalt-saturated material, torch-applied or self-adhered. Excellent for heavy-traffic roofs (HVAC, foot service) and where seam reliability is critical.

Metal Roofing

Standing-seam and R-panel for commercial — particularly suited to warehouses, retail centers, and industrial buildings. Long lifespan, low maintenance, available in cool-roof colors.

Coatings & Restorations

For aging commercial roofs that aren't ready for replacement, restoration coatings (silicone, acrylic, urethane) can extend service life by 10–15 years and qualify as a maintenance expense rather than a capital expenditure.

How a commercial project works

  1. Roof assessment. We do a comprehensive on-roof inspection, photograph every penetration and seam, and provide a written condition report.
  2. Specification & quote. We spec the right system for your roof, building use, and budget — with itemized pricing and warranty terms.
  3. Operations planning. Material staging, parking, work hours, employee/customer safety. We work with your facilities or property management team to minimize disruption.
  4. Installation. Crew on site daily, daily progress photos, and weekly walk-throughs with your team during multi-week projects.
  5. Final inspection & warranty. Manufacturer NDL warranty registration where applicable, written workmanship warranty, full project documentation handed off.
