Information accuracy
We do our best to keep website content accurate and current, including pricing ranges, service descriptions, and material information. However, all information is subject to change and should be confirmed in writing during a formal estimate. The website is not a substitute for a written quote or contract.
Estimates and quotes
Free roof inspections and estimates are provided without obligation. Final pricing is determined after on-site inspection and is documented in a written estimate. Verbal quotes are not binding. We reserve the right to update an estimate based on conditions discovered during work (typically related to decking damage hidden under existing roofing).
Service area
We primarily serve Boerne, San Antonio, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Helotes, Comfort, and surrounding parts of Kendall, Comal, and Bexar counties. Service outside this area is case-by-case.
Insurance claims
We assist with insurance claims as a service to our customers. We are not insurance adjusters or agents, and we do not offer legal advice regarding claims. Insurance carrier decisions are between you and your carrier. We will document damage, attend adjuster meetings, and file supplements where appropriate.
Texas insurance law
Texas law (Texas Insurance Code §707.001 et seq.) prohibits roofing contractors from offering to "waive" or "absorb" homeowner insurance deductibles. We comply with this law in full and will not engage in any deductible reimbursement schemes. Anyone who tells you otherwise is committing fraud.
Warranties
We provide a written workmanship warranty on all full roof replacements, with terms specified in your project contract. Manufacturer material warranties are separately documented and provided by the manufacturer. Warranty terms are detailed in your signed agreement and govern any warranty claims.
Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural conditions, code-required upgrades not included in original scope, or damage from causes outside our work (including but not limited to weather events occurring after completion, foot traffic by others, or modifications by other contractors).
Disputes
Any disputes arising from services performed by RoadRunner Roofing will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any legal action shall be in Kendall County, Texas.
