We work all over San Antonio — from the historic homes inside Loop 410 to the new builds out past 1604. Different neighborhoods, very different roofs, but the same standard of work. We're local, we answer the phone, and we don't pressure anyone into a roof they don't need.
Every part of the metro has its own quirks. Here's what we run into most often when we work in your area.
Inside Loop 410, you've got a lot of homes built in the 70s, 80s, and 90s with original or first-replacement roofs that are well past their service life. We do a lot of full tear-offs in Alamo Heights, Castle Hills, and Terrell Hills.
North of 1604 you're in the worst hail track in the metro. Stone Oak, Sonterra, and the corridor up toward Bulverde routinely take hits that other parts of the city don't see. Insurance density on those streets after a storm is real.
We do a lot of clay and concrete tile work west of 1604 — Dominion, Shavano, Anaqua. Tile is forgiving on UV and lasts forever, but it's brittle in hail and the underlayment beneath it has a service life. Most tile roofs need underlayment work long before tile work.
South of downtown and in the King William district, we see a lot of low-slope and modified bitumen roofs. Different category of repair, different warranties. We do both.
