Western hail track
Comfort sits in the highest-density hail track in the Hill Country. Some Comfort roofs see significant hail every 3–4 years. Class 4 impact upgrades almost always pencil out here.
Comfort is right next door — about 20 minutes west of our Boerne home base. We're in Comfort weekly working ranch properties, historic downtown homes, and the growing acreage subdivisions south of the highway.
Every part of the metro has its own quirks. Here's what we run into most often when we work in your area.

Downtown Comfort has a lot of 1800s German-Texan limestone homes with original or near-original roof framing. These require careful careful detailing — modern shingles need different fasteners and underlayment in old framing.
West of Comfort into the Edwards Plateau, wildfire risk is real. Class A fire-rated assemblies and metal valleys are the right call on rural homes.
Comfort properties are spread out. We schedule efficiently to avoid charging multiple trip charges.
If your subdivision isn't on this list, it doesn't mean we don't work there — we probably do. These are just the areas we're in most often.
